  • This is something we handle with ease. We have a section on our registration form asking you to share these details with us and then we privately share them with chef Abbey and she accommodates your requests. We haven’t hosted a retreat where we haven’t had some allergies or preferences and it is never an issue. Having a private chef makes this a non-issue. I promise we can insure that your needs will be met.

  • Our pools are solar heated all year round which is most effective between October to May, when the sun is shining. Beyond these months the ambient temperature is generally too cold for the solar heating to have any significant effect.

  • We do have a strict 'no smoking' policy in all of our pavilions and public areas.

Smoking is only permitted on the deck of your pavilion and ashtrays are provided. Due to our unique and sensitive location, particularly during times of strong winds and the warmer months, when there may be risk of bush fires, we ask that you put some water into the ashtray to ensure butts are fully extinguished.

  • Unfortunately, due to the large number of wildlife who visit the area, Bluestone is not suitable for family pets. We do happily welcome legitimate Service Animals and Guide Dogs.

  • Any illegal substances.
